The Varca Panchayat has dug a drainage (which was not required) just in front of Armando Mansion, by side of the Varca Church. But the drainage is left half done. The said drain is blocked on the way to connect the drain on the main road. A part of this drain is blocked by shrubs. It is waste of public money.

The mud dug out from the drain is left in heaps of mud in front of our offices in the said building, thus blocking our way to our offices. In my view, road side drains are not needed if they are not maintained properly.

The PWD is doing for their personal greed and not in the interest of public. The Panchayats should refrain from this unnecessary job.
