Half road is dug up from one point in Sangolda to almost Porvorim. And I don't know why they have dug up the roads, as besides causing accidents, it can be hazardous for people with respiratory problems .

It also causes inconvenience for vehicles from both sides as the vehicles are forced to drive on the oncoming lane to escape the muddy area. 

Sadly the access road to two or three people's houses too are dug up.  I request the authorities to tar the road immediately.
