A section of road near the sharp turn adjacent to Public Works Department (PWD-Water Division) at Daag in Ponda has been lying in a damaged condition for quite some time. 

This is dangerous for vehicular traffic, particularly for two-wheeler riders who could lose control due to the uneven level and poor quality of road. Under such circumstances, they are likely to fall into the adjoining drain.

However, the situation turns serious during the night as motorists fail to see the damaged section of the road due to poor visibility.

This section of the road needs to be repaired immediately, before a major accident takes place at this section.

In order to ensure the safety to motorists, we hope the the concerned authorities and respective departments would take up the repair of this section of the road at the earliest.

Hope due action in favour of the general public is initiated soon.
