PANJIM: Goa Pradesh Congress Committee General Secretary Adv Yatish Naik said that the State government has no right and authority to continue in office for a single day for failing to guarantee health to its citizens and more specifically oxygen facilities at the GMC, Bambolim to save lives of COVID-19 patients.
Adv Naik said that the government failed to upgrade medical facilities like construction of oxygen plants and ICU beds in hospitals in anticipation of second wave. The government made RT-PCR test mandatory following the intervention of the High Court.
