MARGAO: The Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) Margao granted bail to one drug accused of Manora-Raia arrested by Colva Police with 127.10 grams of narcotic substance suspected to be ganja worth Rs 12,710 approximately.
The alleged accused had moved bail an application following which the matter came for hearing and the court ordered to release him after furnishing bail of Rs 10,000 with one surety in like amount.
The police said that the substance has been attached under the panchanama. Colva Police had registered an offence under Section 20(b)(ii)(A)of NDPS Act 1985.
