CURCHOREM: Taking cognizance of the various fatal accidents that occurred recently on roads in various parts of the State, the staff of Guardian Angel Higher Secondary School, Curchorem took out a rally on two wheelers creating awareness on road safety on Tuesday.

The staff and Principal Fr Walter Miranda, sporting white T-shirts with yellow colour batch bearing the message “I pledge to drive safely” participated in the rally, which commenced from the school quadrangle and flagged off by Curchorem Traffic Cell Police Inspector Ravindra Dessai. The rally culminated at Sanguem bus stand after wending its way through Curchorem market.
