MERCES: Kumar ward beat Bamon A Bhat 3-0 and moved into the next round of the Pogo boys cup football tournament organised by Pogo boys Gaunchembhat Merces at Merces church ground on Sunday. Druv, Prajot and Bhagesh were the scorers for Kumar ward.
In another match Baman Bhat B beat Moloca 1-0 in a close encounter with Rajat nodding the match winner.
