NAVELIM: Viva Veterans North thrashed Navelim Veterans 7-5 via the tie-breaker to move into the semi-finals of the 6th Navelim Veterans Football Cup organised by Navelim Veterans, at Rosary ground, on Wednesday. 

Viva Veterans scored their first goal through Claudio in the 35th minute. Five minutes later, Victor doubled the account for Viva. 

Navelim Veterans put pressure and came back through experienced striker Claudios Dias and netted his first goal for Navelim in the 45th minute. Three minute later, Claidious Dias netted his second to make it 2-2.

In the tie-breaker, Navelim Veterans netted through Claudios Dias, Xavier Colaco, Bento D Silva while Genevie Fernandes, Claudio, John Dias, Niclaus Fernandes, and Sameer Naik scored for Viva veterans.
