Lucky people. But in reality mass of the populace employed abhorrence’s their workplace. It’s depressing but factual. They continue since every month their account is credited with adequate sum to run the kitchen, it covers their medical bills, takes care of family needs, fortunate ones even get the luxury to cover vacation cost.
But still are you fulfilled? Are you delightful at the pity of your boss? The response is thumbs down. Nobody wants to tag along the office timings set by the boss which he himself doesn’t follow. We don’t want to be mortified for a minor fault or no specific error of ours.
Everybody disgusts the boss. Why shouldn’t one? Boss is that beast in our lives who thinks he is superior to us and owns the power to make our life hell by making us dance at the tip of his fingers. Unfortunately we end up doing so because he has control of our pay cheque.
If you are at mercy of your boss, than bear in mind following things.
Never be too content if you conclude the work assigned to you before time or complete it on the deadline day. Your boss will always find slip-up.
Remember the boss is interested only with the final result. If you’re the supervisor and your subordinates fail to execute you will sacked. It’s not important to know how to do the task, but important to get the task done.
A very important point, when you join a workplace there lingers a person who is devoted to your boss and reports every possible happening. Sometimes stories which don’t ever occur make news in his cabin. Be cautious of such people.
If your boss praises you all of a sudden please don’t be glad. Remember he will slap you harder with humiliation than the praise, that too in front of your colleagues.
Every time the boss skips work or leaves early it’s party time, but be aware of the trustworthy person to him before you speak out anything.
Be your own creator if you don’t desire to be held responsible to any person. If you want to work at your own time, if you want to take off whenever you desire, if you want to work in your shabby clothes, it’s not that complicated. You just need to posses valour, do what you love, pursue you obsession with complete devotion. Stop being terrified of taking the footsteps. It might be matter of few days or months but once you overcome struggle victory will be at your side. If you believe in your work shut doors for gossips and societal talking. They will last as long as your struggle does. And that is the period of examination. Worship your work, trust in your vision, take the charge, be prepared for failure as much as you are for success. Take pride in both. At the end when you become victorious remember why you had started, so be kind to people who work for you and not like the boss who you worked for.
