Calangute Sarpanch Joseph Sequeira has said the Calangute Panchayat will crack down on dance bars and touts. In the wake of violence among youth, Joseph said Goans are not secure. No dance bars or touts will be allowed he said. We have not given any restaurant to function beyond 11 pm. Complaints have been sent to the Chief Minister and the Calangute Police Inspector Joseph told the media.
