Clear rubble on a priority

Rubble is being left at Dr Gama Pinto road next to Don Bosco School. In the photo, a car can be seen stationed next to the rubble. It has been parked there for over a year now. What happened to Swachh Bharat campaign? Why can’t it be cleaned up?
