The Mormugao Municipal Council park is crowded with children accompanied by their parents, especially on weekends and holidays. But it seems that there is illegal activity going on in the park after dusk in the absence of security personnel.
Lots of empty beer bottles are seen strewn all over the place. It is understood that both the municipal parks in Vasco will be renovated in the near future. Obviously, security at the park needs to be given top priority after the renovation is complete.
