A garbage collection point needs to be far away from public places. If located in crowded places, besides emitting a foul odour, it can also lead to spread of diseases. However at Mangor Hill in Vasco, a garbage collection point is located just next to the bus-stop. The place is strewn with overturned garbage bins. As seen in the photo one garbage bin has also landed at the entrance of the bus-stop. The authorities concerned need to see to it that the garbage collection point is shifted to another location.
