MARGAO: The Directorate of Food and Drugs Administration (FDA) has issued a show cause notice to a restaurant based in Cavelossim asking it should not proceed with its intended action of revoking the registration certificate of the restaurant.

The FDA has given the proprietor of restaurant seven days to respond to the notice.
In the notice, the FDA showed a copy of the notices issued by the Cavelossim Village Panchayat and the Chinchinim Primary Health Centre, which say that the NOCs given to the restaurant have been revoked. The panchayat had issued directions for demolition of the temporary structure.
