PANJIM: Director of Kala Academy Sagun Velip informed that the renovation work of Kala Academy which is being taken by the Tecton Builders Private Limited was expected to be completed in the period of one year from the day of lying of the foundation stone.

“Though the State government has approved to take up the said project of renovation at the estimated cost of 50 crore from March 2021, the actual work was delayed by a month due to few factors. The foundation stone was laid on April 5, 2022,” said Velip.
Velip said that he is unaware about the constructional details of it and that they are expecting the building to get ‘ready-to-use’ by next two months.
