Goa Police has promoted seven head constables to the rank of Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) with immediate effect on a regular basis. The promotions were issued as part of the department’s routine personnel advancement process aimed at strengthening operational efficiency and recognising the service of experienced officers.
The personnel who have been elevated to the ASI rank include Santosh M. Gawas, Rajesh S. Bhagat, Rohidas A. Kadam, Pravin R. Desai, Sudhakar T. Jadhav, Sanjay R. Sawal, and Premanand M. Sawant. The officers are currently posted in various police units and stations across the state, and their new responsibilities will take effect immediately following the promotion orders.
