PANJIM: A 5-day workshop for Coach Educators organised by FIFA, AFC and AIFF was inaugurated by GFA president Churchill Alemao at Arossim on Monday.
The workshop is being attended by Shakti Chauhan, Bijish Ben, Sajid Dar, Caetano Pinho, Parthasarathy Thulasi, Mariano Dias along with Savio Medeira and participants from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Iran, Maldives, Nepal, Sri Lanka and India. The workshop aims to initiate a long-term progressive development and mentoring project for coach educators in our member associations to deliver the “C” certificate level courses, for capacity building and self-reliance.
It provides an opportunity for their active continuous professional development (CPD) through the sharing of new coach education methodologies and processes.
