At the ongoing All-India Football Federation Festival at Jamshedpur, Goa drew with Gujarat 1-1, on Monday. Joel Fernandes scored for Goa in the first half, only to see Gujarat equalise in the dying seconds.
Goa was awarded one Green Card in this match.
In an earlier encounter, Goa beat Uttar Pradesh 3-1. Franzil Negredo, Joel Fernandes and John Pereira were the scorers. In that match too, Goa had earned one Green Card.
Prior to that, on Friday January 16, Goa drew with Maharashtra 1-1. Stephen Fernandes scored for Goa.
During the match 30-minute match, Goa bagged three Green Cards.
