At Khandepar, the home team crushed Quepem by registering a 3-0 win over the hosts in under-10 boy’s category. Aryan Verlekar, Aditya Satarkar and Sahil Gaonkar scored a goal each for their side.
The second match in the under-12 boy’s category ended in a goalless draw. At Arambol, the home team registered victories against Pernem and Arpora. In the first match, Arambol thrashed Parra by 7-0 with goals from Reniel D’Mello, Johncy Rodrigues, Anshul Fernandes and Stanford Fernandes in the under-10 boy’s category. The match in the under-13 boy’s category was no different as Arambol defeated Pernem 3-0 with a fine hat-trick from Nathan Rodrigues earned him the player of the match award.
In the lone match between Arambol and Arpora, the home team defeated Arpora by 2-0. Nathan Rodrigues and Elizer D’Souza score a goal each for their side.
