CHICALIM: Mangor Sports Club huffed and puffed to score a deserving 3-2 victory over Dabolim United Sports Club in the Third Division Football League (Mormugao Zone) at the Chicalim Panchayat ground. The teams were locked 1-1 at half-time.
Mangor shot into the lead through their mercurial striker Joel D’ Mello.In the dying minutes of the first half Vicky managed to level for Mangor.
In the second hald Mangor moved ahead through a splendid goal off a penalty kick by Pritesh. Keeping up the tempo Mangor’s Joel added another one to make it 3-1.
Dabolim reduced the margin through Nescidade.
