PANJIM: The National Sport Academy, Mumbai in collaboration with Goa Sports Academy will organize their 1st National Skating Festival 2013 from February 8-10 at Porvorim skating ring.

Inter-college basketball
PANJIM: The 6th All-Goa inter-college basketball tournament for boys and girls organized by Don Bosco Oratory, Panjim will be held from February 20-23 at Fr Benedict Furtado indoor stadium, here. Entry forms may be obtained at Oratory office, Panjim or at [email protected]. Entries close on February 17.
St Anthony’s Mapa AGM
PANJIM: The annual general body meeting of St Anthony Sports and Cultural Club, Mapa-Badegal-Panchwadi will be held on February 10 at the club office at 10.30 a.m.
Chandor Club’s Golden Jubilee
MARGAO: The Golden Jubilee Celebrations of Chandor Club will be held on from February 9, 2013 to February 9, 2014. The celebrations will be launched on Saturday at the Chandor church square at 6.30 p.m. with an entertainment programme and fancy dress competition for under-12 children.
Floodlit tie-breaker in Margao
MARGAO: Angel’s Brothers Club, Vidyanagar, Margao will organize their 3rd floodlit 3-a-side tie-breaker football at Multipurpose HS ground, Borda, Margao on February 9 from 7 p.m. Rs 5000, Rs 3000, Rs 1500 will be awarded. Spot entries will be accepted.
The one-a-side tie-breaker for school boys from Std V-X will also be held. School I-cards will have to be produced.
