CHICALIM: Fr Joseph Vaz High School, Sancoale edged past Regina Mundi High School, Chicalim 1-0 to emerge champions of the U-17 girls Mormugao taluka football tournament, organised by Director of Sports and Youth affairs and played at Regina Mundi school ground on Thursday.
Pallvi N Raj netted the match winner in the 5th minute. Pallavi N Raj created many scoring chances for Fr Joseph but failed to convert the chances.
