Two key accused in the 2026 NEET paper leak case approached a Delhi court seeking permission to voluntarily undergo polygraph and brain mapping examinations. They argued that the scientific tests would help establish their innocence while assisting the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in uncovering the truth.
The special court sought the CBI’s response on the maintainability of the plea and scheduled the matter for hearing on August 6. The court will also hear arguments on the chargesheet and the accused persons’ bail applications on the same day.
