Cuncolim police booked Pandharinath N Naik, Chief Officer, CMC, under Section 509 of IPC for outraging the modesty of the complainant, while discussing the matter pertaining to illegal construction work carried by the complainant.
The lady complainant’s name and address have been withheld. The case is under investigation.
