NAVELIM: Candolim Veterans blanked Davorlim Veterans 6-0 to move into the quarter-finals of the 6th Navelim Veterans football cup organised by Navelim Veterans, at Rosary ground, Navelim, on Monday.
In the first half, Shanker netted two goals in the 10th and 15th minutes while Stanley scored a goal in the 25th minute. Post-resumption, Trevor netted a brace in the 35th and 40th minutes. Shanker completed his hat-trick in the 50th minute to make it 6-0 for Candolim Veterans.
