5 escape unhurt at Bicholim

Five persons had a miraculous escape after the van in which they were traveling collided against a trailer on Bicholim Bridge on Thursday night.
The mishap occurred at about 10.30 pm when the Maruti van (GA-01-J-0426), which was proceeding towards Muslim Wada in Bicholim, rammed against an oncoming trailer (MH-06-K-7011), which was proceeding towards Sanquelim.
Maruti van driver Chandrakant Govekar along with other four occupants of the van escaped unhurt.
