MAPUSA: Aggressive Goans organization member Santosh Chari has alleged that due to substandard work and low quality material used construction of the anti sea erosion wall constructed at Keri beach has resulted in collapsed of the wall during the monsoon.

Chari alleged that the tetrapods which protect the beach has been proposed without proper demarcation of high tide line and poor quality of tetrapods have been used which are washed away due to heavy waves during monsoon.
