Anjuna Panchayat has issued notice to top Bollywood and Punjabi Singer, directing him to stop the ongoing construction work in survey number 603/1 of St Anthony Vaddo after the panchayat received a complaint from a local who alleged that the artist has begun the construction while violating CRZ norms.
The complaint stated that the construction of the two-storied villa is within 3 metres of the high tide line and without any development permission from the Development Authority under The Goa (Regulation of Land Development and Building Construction) Act, 2008 and The Goa Land Development and Building Construction Regulation, 2010
