MARGAO: Shadow Council for Margao launched a signature campaign against the Ordinance amending the Municipal Act, which pertains to the house tax for premises within the Municipal limits.
SCM Convener Savio Coutinho said that a memorandum has been prepared, which will be handed over to the three MLAs associated with the Margao Municipal Council.

“Through the memorandum, we wish to urge the concerned MLAs to address the issue of house tax,” Coutinho added.
