Remedious, Candolim trounced Arradi A 2-0 to move into the second round of Babazin Cardozo memorial inter-ward soccer tournament organised by Saipem Sports Club Candolim at Dr Gustava Monteiro stadium, Candolim. The winners led 1-0 at half time.
In the 25th minute, Remedious took the lead with Felix dribbling a couple of defenders through a solo effort and shot into the net.
Changing over, Arradi tried their level best to find the equaliser but were unable to find success.
In the 54th minute Bablash Sequeira increased the lead for Remedious by scoring a beautiful goal with his right foot.
