MARGAO: The Colva Police team led by Police Inspector Melson Colaco along with local intelligence branch (LIB) staff apprehended the kingpin of spurious liquor racket in Andhra Pradesh.

The team led by Colva Police and LIB staff Vikas Kaushik, Sudesh Kumar Dessai apprehended accused M Maarirajan, 56 years old native of Tamil Nadu and resident of Pedda, Benaulim, who is the alleged kingpin of a racket involved in transporting spurious liquor for selling to general public at high rates in Andhra Pradesh. He was later handed over to Andhra Pradesh Police team.
