PANJIM: Former Minister and Nuvem Congress MLA Alex Sequeira on Monday filed his nomination papers for the Goa Assembly Speaker’s post. The election to elect the Speaker will be held at 11:30 on Tuesday, the first day of the eighth Legislative Assembly.
