Pole Cricket Club scored a 51-run win over Oxford Cricket Club to register their second consecutive victory in a GCA South Zone ‘B’ division cricket tournament at Dr Rajendra Prasad stadium, here on Tuesday.
Batting first Pole CC were bundled out for 153 in 28.3 overs. For Pole CC, Praveen Naik topscored with 28, Deepak Pagi 25, Amit Kolambkar 23. For Oxford CC, Videsh Gaonkar and Mandar Dessai claimed three wickets each.
In reply, Oxford CC were 102 all out in 28.3 overs. For Oxford, Chetan Vaidhya topscored with 36, Rajesh Gaonkar 35. For Pole CC, Mukesh Naik was the wrecker-in- chief scalping 4 wickets.
