PANJIM: Goa University (GU) Chancellor and Governor Dr Mridula Sinha has constituted a Search Committee to recommend a panel of names for selection of a new Vice-Chancellor for Goa University.
The Committee headed by Dr Raghunath Mashelkar has Professor Balvant Jani “Tirth” and Ashank Desai as members and has been given three months to submit its recommendations.
The eligibility of the candidate is given under Statute SA-6 of the University.
