A 23-year-old youth from Sarvan Bicholim today died a mishap at Van-Maulinguem on Monday midnight.
According to the available information one Rajaram Shirpad Sawant was plying on his motorcycle (GA-04-B-4155) towards Van village to attend a zatra.
On his way he lost his balance and dashed against a tree. In the incident Sawant sustained major chest injury and died on his way to the hospital.
Bicholim police is further investigating the case.
