PANJIM: The Congress on Sunday alleged that Prime Minister Narendra Modi gives guarantee without warranty.
”People of India including original workers and functionaries have realised that BJP is finished in India and now it is Modi’s guarantee without warranty which is trying to draw attention of voters,” Goa Pradesh Congress Committee (GPCC) President Amit Patkar said.

Reacting to the BJP manifesto, Patkar said that absence of Union Minister Nitin Gadkari on the stage clearly shows the dictatorial functioning of Modi-Shah duo. This is the “Trailer” for original BJP functionaries.
“BJP has made it clear to the World today that they have no second line of leadership to run the helm of affairs. Entire organisation is hijacked by Modi and hence their cover page of manifesto shows Modi’s photo larger than BJP National President J P Nadda’s photo,” claimed Patkar.
“BJP is expert in “Play of Words”. They humiliated former Chief Minister late Manohar Parrikar by naming Mopa Airport as “Manohar” by excluding “Parrikar”. I demand that BJP should make it clear to the people about who is this Modi whose Guarantee they are offering to the nation. He can be Lalit Modi or Nirav Modi,” Patkar stated.
“BJP manifesto is a photo album of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The entire manifesto has no guarantee nor warranty,” he said.
