PANJIM: The State Election Commission (SEC) on Thursday said that the general elections to Taleigao village panchayat will be held on April 28, 2024.
According to a statement from the SEC, nearly 19,349 voters – 9206 men and 10,143 women- will exercise their franchise in the elections which will be held from 8 am to 5 pm.

The elections will be held on non-party lines through ballot papers at 26 voting booths. Four of the 11 wards namely ward numbers 3, 4, 6 and 9 have been reserved for women, ward no 1 has been reserved for the OBC while ward no 5 has been reserved for ST.
