PANJIM: After Larsen & Turbo, the company that is building the new Mandovi bridge, disowned responsibility for the death of a labourer on ground that the victim died of his own error, the Labour Commissioner of Goa also washes his hands off the issue stating that safety measures at the construction site doe not coming under his jurisdiction.
