MAPUSA: Ajit Diwadkar’s goal helped Saligao Sporting Club to register a solitary goal victory over PVC Parra and move into the semi-finals of 4th Milagres Cup football tournament organized by Milagres Sports Club, Mapusa at Bodgeshwar ground, Mapusa, Friday. There was no score at half time.
After a barren first session, Saligao broke the deadlock in the 69th minute after Raul D’Mello’s well-measured flag-kick was powerfully headed in by Ajit.
