MAPUSA: Saligao Sporting Club registered a thumping 5-0 win over St Anthony’s SC, Marna to enter the semi-finals of the W Hotels Soccer Cup, at Chapora ground, on Wednesday.
Saligao Sporting went into the breather leading by 3-0 margin. Michael Dias put his team ahead in the 16th minute with a neat placement. Sachinanand netted a brace before the breather.
On crossing over, Saligao carried on their onslaught and pumped in two more goals through Craig Menezes to complete the rout.
