PANJIM: Om Barde lead after third round of All Goa Sub Junior Chess Championship cum selection tournament, organsied by Mormugao Taluka Chess Association, at Ravindra Bhawan, Baina Vasco.
Sairaj Vernekar, Navin Morajkar, Ishan Pagi, G Madhawan and Adwait Dhawalikar are also on 3 points. Devesh Naik is on 2.5 points. In girls section, Gunjal Chopdekar is leading with two points at the end of second round. Sayuri Naik, Snehal Naik, Varda Naik, Swera Braganca, Tanvi Hadkonkar and Netra Sawaikar are also on two points. Top four players from either category will be selected to represent the State for nationals to be held in Gujarat.
