Sometime back I had highlighted through the ‘Citizen Herald’ column the need to hot-mix the internal roads in the Port Town of Vasco instead of just carrying out patch- work.
The roads which were not hot-mixed for more than 15 years were badly in need of repairs. It is heartening to note that the Vasco MLA has recently launched the works to hot-mix all the internal roads in the Port Town.
