NEW DELHI: Former Chief Minister Digambar Kamat on Wednesday got further relief in the Goa Police petition for cancellation of his anticipatory bail in the Louis Berger bribery case.
His case was to come up in the Supreme Court on Wednesday but it has been now been deferred to October 26. The police are trying since last year for cancellation of the bail granted to him by the Bombay High Court’s Goa bench to take him in custody for interrogation.
