Shradha, Mamta for Asian softball

Shradha Bhandari and Mamta Vernekar of Goa Softball Association have been selected for the Indian women softball team probables to participate in Asian softball championship in Taiwan in September.
The coaching camp will be in Indore from February 24 to 28.
Shradha and Mamta are senior State softballers who have represented the State on many occasions and have earned numerous medals. Shradha emerged best all-round softballer at the recently concluded 7th Senior National South Zone championship at Bicholim. She also captained the State team while Mamta is a 2nd base player.
