PANJIM: Former Deputy Inspector General of Police, Vimal Anand Gupta, approached the North Goa District and Sessions court on Wednesday seeking anticipatory bail in a bribery case that is being investigated by Anti-Corruption Branch of Vigilance Department.
Following directions from the government, ACB had booked Gupta, LPSI Devyani Naik, her husband and Police Constable Chetan Morajkar. All three have already got anticipatory bail.
while a petition for quashing of FIR is pending before the High Court.
