Chowgule won the first singles match after Filbert Pereira outplayed Subash Gaonkar of Shree Mallikarjun 7-2.
Shree Mallikarjun won the second singles tie with Clamy Dias outsmarting Balachandra Jadar 7-0.
Chowgule won the deciding double match with Filbert and Balachandra combining well to defeat Clamy and Subash 7-0.
Earlier in the semi-finals, Chowgule beat St Xavier College, Mapusa 2-1 and Shree Mallikarjun defeated Shree Damodar College, Margao 2-1.
