Delhi Police Special Cell’s Counter Intelligence unit has arrested Khusnuma Ansari, alias Neha, accused of managing a drug syndicate for the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Neha, the long-time partner of high-profile gangster and arms supplier Bobby Kabutar, was taken into custody along with him and two others near Mahipalpur flyover.
Bobby Kabutar, whose real name is Mahfooz, allegedly acted as a key logistics link for the Lawrence Bishnoi and Hashim Baba gangs. Investigators claim he procured high-end firearms from Salim Pistol, reportedly India’s largest illegal arms dealer with links to Pakistan’s ISI. These weapons were allegedly used in major crimes, including the 2022 Sidhu Moosewala killing, a firing outside actress Disha Patani’s residence, the Nadir Shah murder in Delhi, and the Seelampur double murders.

Neha, who publicly ran a beauty parlour in Northeast Delhi, is believed to have used the business as a front to manage the gang’s drug operations. Police recovered a significant quantity of narcotics during the arrest, earning her the nickname “Madam Zeher.” She is the third woman linked to the Bishnoi gang arrested recently, after Deepa and Zoya Khan, highlighting the growing operational role of women in the syndicate.
Sources say Bobby played a critical role in Moosewala’s killing, conducting reconnaissance and passing details to the shooters. Both suspects are being interrogated to map the gang’s financial networks and identify sleeper cells across the National Capital Region.
