Porvorim: The newly opened Porvorim flyover witnessed a unique celebration as Go Green Trekkers organised a Walkathon to mark the infrastructure milestone while promoting environmental awareness.
Participants walked along the newly opened flyover carrying flags and spreading the message of environmental conservation. The event brought together people from different age groups, turning the opening into a community-focused campaign for a greener and more sustainable Goa.

As part of the initiative, Go Green Trekkers also organised a sapling distribution drive, encouraging participants and residents to plant trees and contribute towards protecting the environment.
The Walkathon combined the significance of the new infrastructure with a broader message of environmental responsibility, urging citizens to adopt sustainable practices and play an active role in preserving Goa’s natural heritage.
