An Army officer has been booked after his 29-year-old estranged wife alleged that he broke into her rented flat in Goa and stole jewellery and household articles worth approximately ₹50 lakh.
According to the complaint, the alleged incident took place on August 21, while the case was registered on September 12 following the transfer of a Zero FIR from Rajouri Police Station in Jammu and Kashmir.

The woman, who is currently staying in Kerala, alleged that the Army officer entered her rented accommodation in Goa without her permission and took away valuables and household items.
The officer, who is a native of Kerala, is currently posted in Jammu and Kashmir.
Police have registered a case based on the allegations and further investigation is underway.
