VASCO: Power Minister Ramakrishna Dhavalikar said that the underground cabling in Vasco and Mormugao constituencies will be completed by March next year.
Dhavalikar stated this after laying foundation stone for the conversion work of overhead existing ACSR panther conductor to HTLS conductor from 110/33/11 KV Verna sub-station to 33/11 KV Kadamba sub-station at Vasco via 33/11KV Sancoale sub-station at the Vidhyut Bhavan, Vasco on Tuesday.

Vasco MLA Krishna ‘Daji’ Salkar, Mormugao MLA Sankalp Amonkar, chief electrical engineer Stephen Fernandes, superintendent engineer circle-I (S) Rajeev Samant, executive engineer Division XI, Vasco Pradip Naik and other officials were present at the occasion.
Dhavalikar said that the government has given priority to every constituency for conversion work.
